The Purpose
This website was created by Jason Stone, Travis Hudson, and Noe Zamora as a senior project from DeVry University in order to receive their Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems. The senior project is the capstone course that ties all the students’ skills together and applies them in a real-world business application. The students must demonstrate teamwork, dedication, communication, technical knowledge, and professionalism. By working with a real business, students must address the needs of the business, find an effective solution, develop the solution, and implement this solution. This website is the product of their successful, hard work.
Our Product
Initech Technologies is providing to Richard Wells a completed web application used for Eclat Roofing and its customers. The web application system includes an online quote engine for customers, and an administrative system to allow changes to the quoting system. This web application is accessed in several ways: 1. Potential customers who are new users and want to use the online quote engine, 2. Potential customers who have previously registered and want to access previous quotes, and 3. Eclat Roofing employees.
